The room was perfectly clean and functional with dual bathrooms and good WiFi £ 93. The location was very central, MAGNIFICENT to the 800+ restaurants in Aix. We had lunch in Di Lusso, located nearby.

The breakfast was satisfactory and provided with cheese. The rooms were functional, brand-new and with a balcony. The location was great and magnificent for my stay, 300 metres from Pavillon Noir.

We were moved to a twin room with good wifi.

Facilities were nice, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything was very good, thoroughly enjoyed our perfectly pleasant stay. Our double room was brand-new with balcony, good WiFi, for example. The morning meal was generous with cereals.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Aix-en-Provence. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city center. We were just a short walk away from all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. Plus, there was a Spar supermarket right across the street, which was incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk provided us with excellent service, giving us helpful recommendations for day trips in the area and even finding a church service for us to attend. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean and spacious, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We especially loved the coffee machine, which allowed us to brew our favorite coffee just the way we liked it. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

This place is a gem and we can't think of any negatives. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Aix-en-Provence.

The hotel is in a good location, being close to restuarants and shops, as well as the station. It is, however, looking very 'tired'.

It is in an excellent location for me, 2min from the bus terminal (airport transfer) and 5 min from the Rotonde (city center). There is a supermarket across the street and many restaurant and shopping 5 min away in tge city center. Good wifi. Rooms are much better than other hotels tried in the area. Small but reasonable breakfast. Great bread.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with nice decor and a good WiFi connection. The staff, especially Isabella, were incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations for nearby mobile shops. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the bus terminal and visitor info center. It was only a short 5-minute walk to the town center and Cours Mirabeau. The spacious lift was also a plus, accommodating both people and large luggage. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

The location near to the bus station as well as the city center was marvellous for us. And it was also short walk to the airport, the bus stations, and cours mirabeau, parking place, confortable rooms, clean and modern.

We were made very welcome and any queries we had were answered and attended to immediately. The location was perfect, being a very short distance from Aix centre. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was the quietist we had ever experienced and was very efficient.
